Gatt Technologies uses account, organization, billing, licensing, installation and support information to provide and secure its commercial software services. Operational data created inside local-first desktop products is not automatically uploaded to the Gatt commercial platform unless a product feature explicitly says otherwise.

We may use payment processors, transactional email providers, hosting and security providers to operate the service. Payment-card data is handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored as raw card details by Gatt Technologies.

We retain commercial and audit records as reasonably required for service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. Customers may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain.

Security controls include role-based access, signed licensing, protected sessions and audited commercial actions. No system can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect their account credentials and local systems.
