01 / POSITIONING
A Business App Suite product for organizations that cannot afford operational downtime.
NGODesk belongs to Gatt Technologies’ Business App Suite. It uses the same product, plan, entitlement, sales and licence architecture as other Gatt organization products. Buying NGODesk does not grant EMS, HMS or any other Gatt product.
Signed commercial entitlement
Gatt issues an Ed25519-signed .ngolicense envelope. NGODesk verifies it locally and can keep working offline for the valid period.
Seats, sites and installations are different
Commercial limits distinguish licensed seats, desktop installations, sites and Cloud Bridge instances. They are not collapsed into one number.
Cloud Bridge is an entitlement, not hosting
A licensed NGO may run its own Cloud Bridge. Gatt does not host the NGO operational database merely because Cloud Bridge is entitled.

Questions organizations actually ask.
Does NGODesk need continuous internet?
No. NGODesk is local-first. A signed licence remains authoritative offline for its valid period. Gatt Technologies is contacted for activation, renewal, revocation synchronization and official downloads — not for everyday NGO work.
Does Gatt host our beneficiary or grant records?
No. Programs, grants, beneficiaries and other operational records stay in NGODesk or on a Cloud Bridge the organization controls. Gatt Technologies is the commercial control plane only.
What is Cloud Bridge?
Cloud Bridge is a self-hosted sync service the licensed NGO can run on infrastructure it controls. Gatt licences the commercial entitlement to deploy it. Gatt does not host the NGO operational database.
Can we activate without internet on the NGODesk computer?
Yes. Export an activation-request file from NGODesk, upload it in the Gatt portal or send it to Gatt support, then import the signed .ngolicense file.
