No. NGODesk is a broader NGO operations platform. NGODesk Mentorship is a dedicated mentorship-management product. Owning one does not license the other.
Does NGODesk Mentorship need continuous internet?
No. Programme, matching and relationship work continues from the last valid signed licence. Gatt is contacted for activation, renewal, revocation synchronization and official downloads — not for everyday mentorship records.
Does Gatt host mentor or mentee case records?
No. Mentors, mentees, sessions, notes and safeguarding narratives stay in the local product or on a Cloud Bridge the organization controls. Gatt is the commercial control plane only.
What is Cloud Bridge in this product?
A customer-hosted sync service the licensed organization can run. Gatt licences the commercial entitlement. Gatt does not host mentorship operational data.
