Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Gatt Technologies website, customer portal, commercial services and software entitlements. A purchased or trial entitlement grants the customer the right to use the applicable product according to its plan, installation limits, term and support conditions; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Customers are responsible for accurate account and billing information, protecting credentials, lawful use, and maintaining backups of local operational data. Licence keys, activation credentials and signed entitlement files must not be shared beyond the organization or installation rights purchased.

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds and support are governed by the commercial terms presented during purchase and any applicable written agreement. Failure or reversal of payment may move an entitlement through grace, restricted or cancelled states according to the product lifecycle.

Gatt Technologies may provide updates to improve security, compatibility and functionality. Local-first operation does not remove the customer's responsibility to maintain suitable hardware, operating-system security and backups.

Questions about an order, entitlement or these terms can be submitted through Support. Product-specific agreements or quotations take precedence where they expressly differ from these general website terms.
