Does ConstructDesk require internet every day?
No. Normal construction operations use the local desktop application and local database. Internet or licence-file transfer may be needed for activation, renewal or obtaining releases.

Can several computers share one company database over LAN?
No. A business may license multiple ConstructDesk computers under one subscription, but each licensed installation currently uses its own local company database. Shared LAN or concurrent access to one central company database is not part of the current product.
Are BOQ, finance or equipment separate paid modules?
No. ConstructDesk has one commercial plan with the full product entitlement set. There are no paid feature tiers.
Where is my construction data stored?
In the local ConstructDesk database on each licensed computer. Gatt Technologies licensing and billing services do not receive your projects, BOQs, workers, suppliers, equipment or financial records.
Can I replace a licensed computer?
Yes. Deactivating or transferring a computer frees that purchased computer capacity for another machine. Entitled customers can use the customer portal for the supported licence-transfer flow. An offline old computer cannot be remotely erased instantly.
Is there a separate support or premium tier?
No. ConstructDesk has one current commercial plan and the full current product is included on every licensed computer. Businesses add computer capacity under that same subscription rather than moving to another feature tier.
How many computers can my business license?
The base ConstructDesk business licence includes one computer. You can add more licensed computers under the same business subscription, including common quantities such as 2, 3, 5 or 10 computers, subject to the supported capacity limit.
How is the price calculated?
Gatt administrators configure the base one-computer licence price and the price of each additional computer by currency. The total is the configured base price plus the configured additional-computer price for each computer beyond the first. ConstructDesk does not hard-code production prices.
Is cloud backup included?
No cloud backup is claimed for the current product. Backups are local unless a separate service is introduced later.
