ConstructDesk has one commercial plan. The base business licence includes one computer and the complete current construction-management feature set. Additional licensed computers can be added under the same business subscription.
BOQ, costing and procurement
Bills of quantities, materials, suppliers and purchasing stay in the local company database on that installation.
Labour, pay and equipment
Timesheets, worker pay, equipment and maintenance are part of the complete product.
Finance, documents and reporting
Expenses, inspections, documents, backup/restore and reporting are included. All features are included.
02 / HOW IT OPERATES
Standalone installations under one business licence.
Each ConstructDesk computer currently uses its own local SQLite company database. A business may license multiple computers under one Gatt subscription, but the current release does not make those computers share one live company database, a central local server, or cloud project-data synchronization.

Every ConstructDesk licence starts with one computer. Businesses can purchase 2, 3, 5, 10 or any other supported number of computer activations under the same subscription. The base and additional-computer prices are controlled by Gatt administrators; there are no separate feature tiers.
